Rachel Ciavarella is a cross-disciplinary designer, prototyper, and technologist who creates unique interactive experiences at the boundaries of physical and digital worlds. Her work explores alternative ways of experiencing content and challenges existing conventions for the way we interact with and understand technology. She has a degree in Industrial Design and Physical Computing from Carnegie Mellon University.

When she’s not working in her studio, Rachel enjoys riding her bike (and sometimes falling off), taking care of her vegetable garden and, tinkering with electronics.

She recently finished her time as a member of Apple Inc.'s Human Interface Device prototyping team and is available for freelance work.

Interested in working together? Rachel would love to hear about your awesome project!
