I was previously a member of the Human Interface Device Prototyping Group at Apple. This is a small exploratory design team of hybrid designers/developers. They explore what new technologies might bring to current and future Apple products. As a member of the team, it was my job to invent and propose new features and sometimes entirely new products.
While many of the projects I worked on during my time at Apple are confidential because they are unreleased, some released products and features I prototyped for include:

I created designs and interactive prototypes for more expressive messaging features in iMessage.
Many of these designs were included in the iOS 10 iMessage update including features like emoji suggestions, stickers, quick camera access and drawing.
